You agree not to use Taskfy for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of Taskfy.

All content and materials available on Taskfy, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of Omar Tolba and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Taskfy require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (RevenueCat for In-App Purchases, Paymob for Web). By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms provided at the time of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

Taskfy and its creator, Omar Tolba, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms
